To kick off 2013, IARC is visiting a number of women's refuges in NSW to update staff on the changes made to the Family Violence provisions of the Migration Regulations 1994 (Cth). These changes commenced on 24 November 2012.

If your organisation has not yet heard about the changes to the requirements for a non-judicial claim of Family Violence, please call Louisa McKimm on (02) 92794300 to book an information session.
